In order to make a reservation you must have a valid credit card which is used to hold your reservation.  For reservations made more than 7 days in advance an invoice for a 50% deposit will be sent to you separately allowing you to securely pay the deposit online. The balance of the invoice is due the day you arrive to Check In.  For reservations made less than 7 days in advance the full amount will be invoiced when making the reservation.  We only accept cash or major credit cards.

NOTE: For following year reservations deposit invoices will not be sent until March of the reservations year.

Please advise us at least 7 DAYS  in advance for cancellation in order to receive a refund of your deposit. You will receive an emailed CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION which is your way of knowing we have accepted your cancellation and will process the required refund. 

We utilize self check in for all of our cottages.  You will be sent a check in procedure the day before your arrival date.  Normal Check In time is after 4:00 PM and Check Out is before 11:00 AM.  Please contact us if you need to make other arrangements and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

Being in the heart of Geneva on the Lake, our property can be quite noisy on Summer weekends with several bands playing in close proximity.   However, we have enforced quiet hours that begin at Midnight and we request our guests honor this by keeping outside noise to a minimum after this time.

 We are a pet friendly property as long as your pets are FRIENDLY!  If your pets do not react well to other pets, children, noise or large crowds you should make alternate arrangements.   There is a $25 fee for pets, which is a selectable option during the reservation procedure.

ALL of our cottages are strictly non-smoking.  Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.  Smoking inside the cottage will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee being charged to your credit card.
