The safety of our guests and our family is our top priority. We are committed to complying with all Federal, State and Local regulations and best practices to keep our family and guests safe. First and foremost, if you are not feeling well, are in a high risk group, are traveling from an area that has imposed travel restrictions or have contact with someone with Covid-19 we STRONGLY encourage you to PLEASE STAY HOME. For those who need a mental break and still want to get away we have implemented the following changes to help protect everyone during your stay. Please note these are subject to change based on conditions as the season progresses. We will notify you in your check in procedure email of any changes.
BEFORE TRAVELING
- We are using the State of Ohio's Advisory System CLICK HERE to determine the best coarse of action to keep our guests safe. If Ashtablula County changes to RED or the county you are traveling from is RED we will not cancel your reservation, but we STRONGLY encourage you to rethink your travel plans.
- The State of Ohio recommends masks to be worn inside of businesses and outside where proper social distancing cannot be maintained
CHECK IN PROCEDURE
- We have eliminated ALL in person Check In. Our office will remain closed the entire Summer. Prior to your arrival you will receive an email with the directions to your specific cottage and the keyless entry code
RESERVATIONS / CANCELLATIONS
- Our reservation and cancellation policy will remain the same. A 50% deposit will be required at time of booking and a full refund will be issued for reservations cancelled more than 7 days in advance
- If your circumstances change within 7 days of your arrival please contact us about having your deposit refunded
CLEANING
- Our cleaning procedures have been updated to disinfect all high touch surfaces including door knobs, light switches and handles
- All dishes and utilizes will be washed with soap and water after each guests stay but we encourage guests to wash them again prior to use
- Air conditioning units will be cleaned and the filter sanitized after each guests stay
- All linens and towels will continue to be washed using bleach after each guests stay
- In addition to our cleaning procedures we encourage all guests to bring sanitizers and disinfectants they are most comfortable with
GENERAL RESTRICTIONS
- We no longer have an office on site. In your Check In procedure email we will provide a method to contact us if you need anything during your stay
- While we do not require masks to be worn by guests on the property, we encourage everyone to bring some type of face covering as some businesses may require customers to wear a mask
